Yazz Jazz the Experience is a high-energy dance orchestra led by lead vocalist Amy
Yassinger. Having played together for about a decade, they play all styles of music
from Motown, 80’s, Swing, Bubble Gum Pop, Country, 90’s, Current Hits, 50’s, Doo
Wop, Jewish, Polkas, Salsa and more. The members of the band have performed
internationally, won several awards and have worked for clients such as the Obama
Foundation, United Airlines and more.
Each wedding and event is different as they specialize in customizing playlists to fit
the visions of their clientele. The singers are interactive and dance with the crowd
and the instrumentalists play non-stop with energy and positivity. The band starts
at 8-pieces with 3 standing vocalists, a saxophone and a 4-piece rhythm section
(piano/vocals, bass, drums, guitar) and can grow to a fuller orchestra with extra
vocalists, dancers and horn players.
